Framed paintings can be collected, during office hours, from Robert Francis at 38 Elizabeth Street, London, SW1W 9NZ.

Unframed watercolours will be posted to the purchaser's address, free of charge, within 48 hours of payment received.

All (framed or unframed) watercolours can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
